1. Reservation Protocol
By submitting your email on this site, you are registering for the Batch 01 reservation list. This does not constitute a financial transaction or a guaranteed delivery date. You will be notified via the provided email address when units become available for purchase.
2. Product Specifications
InfinityWrite instruments are engineered from aerospace-grade materials. Due to the nature of the oxidation-based writing tip, marks are permanent and archival-grade. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by the permanent nature of the mark produced by the alloy tip.
3. Intellectual Property
All design blueprints, industrial aesthetics, and the proprietary alloy composition are the intellectual property of the InfinityWrite Aerospace Division. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
InfinityWrite is a tool intended for creative and professional writing. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our instruments.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Aerospace Division is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
